This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons, sale periods, or new launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: Up to 7 working days

Non-Metro Locations: 10–12 working days

Remote Areas: Up to 15 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and location accessibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Force majeure events

Incorrect address provided by the customer
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
If:

An incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or

The package is returned due to customer unavailability,
Re-shipping charges will apply.
We do not offer refunds for orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss remains with Butigini until the product is successfully delivered to the customer.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will:

Investigate with the courier partner, and

Provide a replacement (subject to availability)
We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier where delivery proof has been provided.
7. Damaged Packages
If you receive a visibly damaged package:

Please record an unboxing video.

Email us within 24 hours at email@butigini.com.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
8. International Shipping (If Applicable)
International delivery timelines may vary.
Custom duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent to your registered email once dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment status using the tracking link provided.
10. Policy Updates
Butigini reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
